Interpersonal Coaching
I am the messy middle manager, meaning I join you in the messy middle part of your separation and support you to find a place of peace so you can move forward.

As a trauma-informed coach, I understand the importance of creating psychological safety. Opening your heart is vulnerable and couples who are separating may have past traumas that make it difficult to openly share.

Part of my job is to recognize when the safety barrier has been penetrated and help to reestablish a place of connection so that we can reach the desired outcome.
I am not a registered counselor, however, with over 20 years of experience in Human Services, I am well-versed in supporting people through conflict.
A Way Forward
INTERPERSONAL COACHING CAN INCLUDE:
-
Relational communication issues
-
Parent/teen communication
-
Pre mediation coaching
-
Separation Agreement implementation
-
Parent coordination lite
-
Ongoing navigation of family dynamics
Not Your Average Mediator
I don't have a hidden agenda, I want what's best for your family. The ideal outcome is balanced cooperative co-parenting and my process is to create that in a collaborative environment.
During my time with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), I cultivated the skill of supporting continued communication through triggers and traumas.

If you and your former partner can't seem to bridge the gap in your desired outcomes without conflict, I invite you to book a complimentary call to see how I can support you.
